Sound & Lighting Design
When Stereo Garden took over the historic Patchogure Roller Rink building, it did so with the vision to create a unique multi-purpose entertainment and live-music venue that offered guests unobstructed views of the stage from almost any point in the venue. Overall, the vision was to give guests an experience that was better and unlike typical catering halls offer.
As it was to be a live-performance and event venue, sound quality at Stereo Garden was a top priority. The sound had to be clean, clear, evenly distributed, and, yes, loud. To accomplish this, the team at Stereo Garden called on Global AV Group to design and install the ideal sound system.
Global AV Group's answer was two Void Acoustic Arcline 8 Line Array systems flown on either side of the stage with 4 Stasys XV2 dobule 18 subs recessed across the downstage edge. Void Acoustics were also used as wedge monitors for live performences and the Global team added additional Void cabinets as fill speakers around the perimeter of the space and in the dining area. The end result was high quality sound throughout the entire venue.
